Event Info:

This is a unique dual event experience!
Attend a morning seminar followed in the afternoon by an AAC sanctioned trial.
The event is open to teams of ALL levels, with dog being minimal trial age (18mths).

AM Seminar Session:
In preparation for the afternoon competition, participants will take part in a morning seminar working with Aaron and Joe.  The sessions will aim to push your handling, your team's working skills and your connection with your dog.

PM Trial:
This will be a traditional trial experience, however with a unique spin!
Participants will be allowed extended coached walk-throughs and coaching immediately before each run!
Analyze the course with the coach, with the goal of  setting up your team for ultimate success with the help of your coach.  You will learn and practice breaking down lines and preparing your mental game!

Trial runs/day include: Jumpers (Starters/Advanced/Masters) & Standard (Starters/Advanced/Masters)

What do I get with my entry?

1)  Entry into the Seminar

 2) Entry into the trial (total of 4 runs, 2 "FEO" & 2 "For Competition" per day entered)

*1 Jumpers (all levels) & 1 Standard (all levels)

 - Lunch & Snacks provided
*Participants can sign up for 1 or 2 days!

Other important information:


  • FlatOut Dogs competition ring will be split in half for the seminar sessions, allowing 2 groups to work in the field during the AM session. A visual barrier will be used between sides.
  • The event (seminar & trial) is limited entry! A total of 7-8 dogs per instructor (for a total of 16 dogs per day) will be accepted.
  • Coaching during the trial will be completed by Joe, while during the PM Session Aaron will be the official event judge.


Event Schedule:

AM - 830AM-12:30pm (working time 9-1230)
PM - 1:30pm until Trial complete
