Prices include shipping from DL Dogs to FlatOut Dogs (See Policies for complete details).

• DLDogs completes extensive quality control reviews on all items before shipment to ensure a high quality item on arrival to your door.

• If damages are present to items upon arrival to FlatOut Dogs, support will be provided and every effort will be done to rectify the problem.

• If the damage is extensive a refund will be provided and/or a discount towards a future item will be provided. This be discussed between FlatOut Dogs & the customer if an issue is identified.

• All items shipped from FlatOut Dogs will be insured. 

• FlatOut Dogs will place regular orders to DLDogs for tunnels & tunnel bags, and will carry limited stock. To get the items you wish, place your order via this website, and it will be available to you based on the "Order Dates" timeline on this page.
• Shipment cost from DLDogs to Canada is covered by FlatOut Dogs.
• Shipment costs from FlatOut Dogs to your home will be billed to the customer once the shipment has been received to FlatOut Dogs.
• Any customs/duty cost accured on item(s) once shipped from FlatOut Dogs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• FlatOut Dogs will be in touch following your order to provide a shipping quote. 
• If you wish to have a shipping quote prior to order, please reach out. This can be easily provided.

**Note - Quotes provided are subject to change from when order is placed to when shipment occurs from FlatOut Dogs to the customer.

FlatOut Dogs aims to be transparent with the shipping cost of all items. The shipping cost will be what the shipper charges, with no mark up added to the shipping cost.

• 50% payment will be due upon receipt of order (An invoice will be emailed)
• The remaining 50% will be due days before placement of order to DLDogs.
• The amount of shipping cost from FlatOut Dogs to your door/preferred shipping address, will be charged before shipment occurs.
• If payment is not received in full by the above payment schedule (exact dates provided by FlatOut Dogs upon placement of order) than your order will not be placed.

• Orders will be placed on the Order Date as listed in the "Order Dates" tab.
• Upon placement of an order, FlatOut Dogs will provide an estimated date of delivery to FlatOut Dogs.
• Following arrival to FlatOut Dogs a date will then be determined of when items will be ready for pick-up or shipment. The goal will be within 5-7 business days after arrival of items to FlatOut Dogs & following payment of shipping cost to you from FlatOut Dogs.
