ENTRIES OPEN - Monday, July 1st, 2024 8PM ADT

ENTRIES CLOSE - August 3rd or when at capacity.

**Limited entry event.  MAX Teams - 16/day

*7-8 teams per seminar group & 16 dogs max entered in trial.

  • Online Entries ONLY accepted!

  • Full Entry includes: 
    1) AM Seminar Session
    2) PM Trial Entry
        Trial Entry: 
        - 2 "For Competition" runs
        - 2 "FEO" runs

    Trial Runs include:
    Jumpers (Starters/Advanced/Masters)
    Standard (Starters/Advanced/Masters)

  • FEO runs -
     - Starters Dogs will FEO Advanced Course
     - Advanced Dogs will FEO Masters Course
     - Masters Dogs will FEO Advanced Course

    Entry Fee: 
    • Full Entry 1 day = $165+hst/dog
    • Full Entry 2 Days  = $315+hst/dog 

  • Schedule of events
    • AM Session - 8:30am-12:30 (9-12:30 working time)
    • PM Trial - 1:30 until last run.

  • On-site Camping
    Available - Power RV/Trailer Spots (limited), Dry RV/Trailer spots & Tenting spots.

  • Dog measuring each morning 8-8:30am 

  • Toys will be allowed in the ring during FEO runs. All AAC rules re: toys in the ring apply

  • Bitches in season will be allowed to compete at this event. 

  • DO NOT send payment until Invoice is received.

    Refund Policy
  • Withdrawal from the event before the August 3rd, 2024 closing date a half refund will be provided. A full refund will only be provided if entry can be filled. 
  • Withdrawal from the event after the August 3rd, 2024 closing closing date, no refund will be provided. If withdrawal is due to handler or dog sickness a Vet/MD note will be required and refunds will be reviewed on a 1on1 basis.
  • On-site Camping fees are non-refundable due to limited camping space and competitor planning.

**FlatOut Dogs has the right to refund any entry.
